Ladies Who Launch

Ladies Who Launch, in collaboration with Cancer Rehab Ireland, is a kayaking programme for women undergoing cancer treatment. It is designed to be complimentary to the learner's medical treatment  & wellbeing focused in nature. This programme is supported by a chartered physiotherapist working in tandem with our own qualified kayak instructors to provide a high duty of care.

Ladies Who Launch has so far enjoyed three successful iterations since 2020, and we are proud to support the women of Cork through their journeys.
